The pool area was nice and clean, and the bar had a good selection of drinks. The hotel was also located close to the beach and some good restaurants. It was great to have a daily maid service.
The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the issues were not resolved.

The Christmas experience at this hotel was fantastic! the decorations were absolutely stunning and really helped to create a festive atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make the holiday special. the location of the hotel was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a pool, which was a great way to relax and cool off in the warm weather.
